Since its beginnings in 2012, Le Sieur de Dunham has been able to satisfy each of its customers. Our desire to achieve excellence has made us who we are today, and allowed us to evolve.  NWe work to produce the best of dogs... Temperament, health and breed standard are our priorities in our breeding program. We are selective and proud of it.

Our dogs, as well as our customers, are our priorities and we want to provide them with quality services and dogs and that is why we are dedicated to preserving the breed standard.

Our breeding is in a family environment. Our passion began 40 years ago when Serge was hunting with his brother. Back then we had an English Setter and a friend had a Korthals Griffon. For all these years, Serge had hoped one day to have his Griffon Korthals.   It was in 2012 that we acquired our first Griffon, Charlie.... He charmed us with his kindness, his hunting skills and his exemplary behavior as a companion. life. So we fell madly in love with the breed. We invest jointly in our breeding, it is a common project by combining, each one, our strengths.

Since then, our breeding of wire-haired pointing griffons, or Korthals griffons, has grown with females acquired in France. 

 

We work in partnership with Dominique Demers, a professional trainer for over 30 years, and our family of Gordon setters continues to grow.

​

Our lines of Wirehaired Pointing Griffons, or Korthals Griffons, as well as our Gordon Setters are dogs of European working lines. it should however be noted that even if our bloodlines are working bloodlines, Gordon Setters and Korthals Griffons are excellent life companions.

 

We all agree that there is a distinction between the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, or Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, and the Gordon Setter. So, if you are interested in the adventure, we will be happy to share it with you.
